Carissa has over eight years of professional experience in user experience design and four years of experience working in agile development environments. Working with companies in the healthcare, transportation, Web design, and software industries, she has successfully collaborated with clients to improve product design and increase user adoption in the marketplace. Carissa’s broad experience working with agile UX design has enabled her to mentor her fellow colleagues on adapting their methods to effectively produce agile deliverables.
