Noriko Osaka

Noriko is an experienced Web professional and UX specialist with both a technical and a business background. She founded Crossfrontier to provide UX research and information architecture services. Formerly, as a usability consultant, she provided strategic Web consultations and Web directions to globally renowned companies. She was also Web Director at a major Web integrator in Japan. Noriko participates in UXPA-Asia initiatives whose goal is to promote UX concepts throughout Asia.
