Mickey is the founder and CTO of Gainsight PX—previously Aptrinsic—the Product Experience Platform. He is a serial entrepreneur whose focus is on designing, building, and launching innovative products that help drive positive business outcomes. Before joining Gainsight through the acquisition of Aptrinsic, Mickey was Global VP of Engineering at Aptrinsic, where he led global engineering and product management for their Web personalization and predictive content solutions. Prior to that, he was CEO and co-founder of Insightera, real-time, B2B personalization and predictive-analytics software, which Marketo acquired in 2013. Mickey is the co-author of Mastering Product Experience in SaaS: How to Deliver Personalized Product Experiences with a Product-led Strategy, a book on how to transition to a product-led, GTM strategy, put in place all the necessary elements, and capitalize on the product as a primary go-to-market channel.
