Jerrod Larson

At Qualtrics, a software company that develops tools to gather, view, and take action on customer and employee insights, Jerrod leads a team of UX researchers. Prior to joining Qualtrics, Jerrod held UX leadership roles at Alaska Airlines, Amazon, and Boeing. Jerrod has a PhD and a Master’s in Human-Centered Design from the University of Washington.
