Janice ‘Ginny’ Redish

Ginny is a distinguished technical communicator, usability and accessibility expert, and content designer. For more than 40 years, she has helped clients and colleagues communicate clearly. For the last two decades, Ginny has helped her clients create Web sites that met both their business goals and users’ needs. She is the author of Letting Go of the Words; coauthor, with JoAnn Hackos, of User and Task Analysis for Interface Design; and coauthor, with Joseph Dumas, of A Practical Guide to Usability Testing. She is a frequent speaker at conferences.
