David Cronin

David currently leads UX design for Predix, the GE industrial Internet software platform, and is a member of the GE Design & Experience Studio leadership team. He is passionate about working in healthcare, infrastructure, and other domains where human-centered design can improve large, complex systems and make the world work better. Formerly, David led the interaction design practice at Smart Studio. From 1999–2010, he was Managing Director of Interaction Design at Cooper. He is an experienced manager, speaker, educator, and writer. David is a co-author of About Face: The Essentials of Interaction Design.
