For over 10 years, working with companies such as AT&T, Cingular Wireless, IBM, HP, and EzGov, Darnell has designed and developed innovative user experiences for mobile phones, interactive voice response systems (IVRs), and the Web. He is currently focused on developing CCXML, CallXML, and VoiceXML software solutions for small businesses.
