Corrie Kwan

As a user experience analyst at the IBM Toronto software laboratory, Corrie often works with users from different continents, doing all kinds of user research from requirements gathering to design validation. Her work also involves defining usage scenarios and designs for modeling tools and Web applications. She graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor’s in Mathematics, majoring in Computer Science.
